A Thought On The BNP.
@ 15/10/2009 – 08:14:01 pm
A possible solution for those that object to this political party maybe
nearing. If the BNP have to open their membership to non indigenous peoples
what is to stop asians, orientals and blacks joining.
If the BNP membership is say 20,000 then it would not be outside the realms
of possibility to get 30,000 "ethnics" to join. Once joined they can work
within the constitution of the BNP to change its policies with aim to
dissolving the party. Thus solving the issue of them on the political scene.
Again this would take a bit of commitment by those who oppose the BNP but
if they are serious about their objections it is a solution. Then again it
may suit the establishment for them to be around. -

There's been a car parked at the bottom of the stair at our bit. Its
annoying when we take the wheelie bin down and the other day an ambulance
couldn't get parked and pick up someone that was ill. One of the neighbours
tracked down the car owner and got the car moved.
Today her man brought some road paint home to spay on the area at the
bottom of the stairs to prevent this happening again. The thing is he's got
dyslexia and has wrote no barking. -

2TwitMe
@ 06/10/2009 – 02:26:01 pm
This Palm app has really changed the way I use my Treo and my blogging. I
find it very easy to use and suits the whole "Zen of Palm" thing.
Its so easy to rattle of a text message sized post and great for talking to
my daughter who never has credit in her phone.
2TwitMe is now at v1.2 and there is a lot of changes for so little increase
in version number. If you have a Palm OS check compatibilty and buy it now
you'll have no regrets. Price at around $5 makes it well affordable and at
the kind of price iPhone users are use to. It seems so cheap to me for a
quality app for Palm that gives it the functionality for Twitter that
Palmers have longed for.
Well done Metaview for this app even though Palm OS is officially dead. Its
spirit and ghost will be around for a good while yet. -

Caught this on Palm Addicts. This is the browser I use for BCUK stuff and
helps by not having to log in all time. Yesterday it was still working so
maybe my setups different. And still is working.Dead Xiino
For those using the old Palm OS, it seems that the browser Xiino has
finally gone to the digital graveyard. A year or so back, the vendor's
site, Mobirus.com, vanished and rerouted viewers to something else. Now it
seems the Xiino proxy server that fetched your webpages and formatted them
for you (as I understand it) has been taken down. The last couple of days
my attempts to use Xiino have resulted in page downloads that all say
"Unrecoverable error." Once a wonderful browser that you could send links
to then have it download them at one go, storing the pages on the internal
or external memory, or even as Memos. Now seemingly just a memory.http://palmaddict.typepad.com/palmaddicts/2009/10/dead-xiino.html
