Do others think it has been quieter around here. There are a few regular
bloggers on my friends list that haven't posted a great deal in the last we
while. I thought it maybe quiet today with the bank holiday some are
getting but not this quiet. So has the blogging bubble finally burst. Or is
everybody private posting and not including me ?? ;-)

I notice a lot of blog posts around that are spam or seem to be businesses
and feel this detracts from the whole BCUK "site".

Just wondering how others feel.

So its to be the 3rd of September supposedly. Well that's the 24 hour news
channels covered even if its a private one.

Its 4.00pm already Hell almost teatime and I seem to have done nothing. I
aint even been online much.

At weekends. I was later up today again and I think Debs is getting fed up
that she aint getting a longet lie just now. Last weekend I was ill and was
left but this weekend I just couldn't get up.

I was late in getting to sleep ob Friday/ Saturday as one of the lads was
padding about til 2am and this morning was wakened at 5am by the other
coming in.

They don't realise how what they do affects others in the house when they
do this late night early morning thing. The two of them yesterday and
possibly today slept until late afternoon so they've not missed out on
sleep even though others do.

Hell O suppose I now realise why my dad used to get pissed off.

Never watched it this year for the first time, had watched them all before.

I have to email posts using my Yahoo email account as one sent by
Orange.net don't appear. I wonder if I've been blocked for "spamming" my
own blog. Any ideas how to sort this out?

Lying on back and its feeling fine. Cold almost away just the odd sneeze

Mice, anyone? Making a meal out of mice in Malawi

Cooked, salted or dried, field mice strung on sticks are sold as a popular
delicacy in Malawi markets and roadside stalls.

The mice are hunted in corn fields after the harvest when they have grown
plump on a diet of grains, fruits, grass and the odd insect. The most
widely eaten species is known locally as Kapuku, gray in color and with a
shorter tail than the more common rat.

Replace the cv boot gaiter on the passenger side. I now have no fear of
this as Debs has been on You Tube and we've watched a few videos showing

This is the value of You Tube stuff like that. Think our broadbamd is

All round disks fitted. Track rod end and ball joint on. Boy that's took

I'm going to be doing repairs on Debs car. Got parts this morning and
hoping to fit them today. I also finally got a new whippy bit for my motors
aerial as I'm sick of listening to medium wave as the one that was on it
was too wee. It was all I could get at the time but went to a scrappies in
Perth while up and its fitted already and the radio sounds great. If only
FM stations would stop playing so much Lily Allen.

Aberdeen out of Europa Cup 8-1 on aggregate. Ouch. McGhee sort it.

For the princely sum of five pounds and ninetynine peneth of our coin of
the realm and no postage my new battery arrive today. Since I got home its
been charge and we will see how I get on with it. The old one will do as a
spare if power is low .

So far the big difference is the amoun of charge it says it has as soon as
its unplugged. 92% straight after unplugging. This seems to be a major 680
thing reported around the web though. The old battery would be in the 80s
soon as if not just after unplugging.

Tomorrow will tell all though.

Is it working just now. Tried to get the mobile page on my Treo 680 with
Blazer and the full site with Opera Mini and both just time out.

Don't know if its Twitter or my Orange GPRS connection.

Yes the mail2blog thing has been sorted. I had posted on the help blog and
cYzzie commented and asked me to pass on the mail failure email to aid him
in finding out what was up.

With this and a couple of follow up he's been able to sort it out.

That back to work yesterday and by the time I got home I was dragging my feet. Today we dump a load of crap at the skips and are doing a bit of weeding. The Pug 306 Debs has has been in for its MOT and needs a wee bit work so I will have to sort out and price parts tonight. The jobs needing done are well do-able so we will do it over the weekend and get it back in. We have been getting a few things delivered that Debs got on Ebay of late. Me I'm waiting for a new battery for my Treo. It really struggles through the day now and so a replacement is needed. I just got one the same capcity and will carry the old one charged as a spare. By the way did anyone else notice the flying ants on Monday past?

With mail2blog just now and will have to use Xiino browser on the Treo 680 to do my posts. I keep having the feeling that my email address may be block as the amount of post last week might have been mistaking for spamming.

I have put a post on the help blog and cYzzie has commented and I've forwarded mails to him to see if he can make sense of why mailrblog isn't working for me the now. So I'm not going to post until I here back for a solution for this. Emailing posts is my prefered method but using Xiino as a browser on the Treo makes using the editor on the blog more usable than Blazer ever did.

So if I don't post again today at least you know why.

Just noticed that its went over 4000 since I joined here in December 2006. Already burned a blog and never came out of my goldfish bowl for a while either. Glad I have and kinda got to know all you wonderful bloggers out there.

It could be its not liking my orange.net emails with link. Sent a couple
this morning and never appeared, then sent again using yahoo.co.uk and
they're here. I will have to put something on the emails so I know which
are which.
