This is a type of Hydrangea growing at work. The aint all big brassy and
pink.

What would you suggest to get the flowers deeper blue?

having blue hydrangeas is all about increasing the soils acidity. Aluminium sulphite will seemingly do this but adding loads of organic matter will help to. Don't know if they are already blue if that will deepen the colour.
