What is it with the amount of red rubber bands posties leave lying around?
Is it some sort of terrirory marking like dogs or cats do ? It will only be
the matter of time before one is in court for littering or rubber bands are
banned.

Imagine the saving on postage if the postie has to account for all the red rubber bands discarded ???

When i was a kid,we would wait for the postie ,who would give us all his old bands,and we would make ''lacky band balls'' outta them!! Great fun :))
